Small act of kindness by Team JMD Helping Hand
Children shouldn’t be kept behind the bars of labour. But in this cruel world, poverty makes people suffer from things they don’t deserve. Of course, many children all over the world also get dragged into it. In almost every street and every road in India, we find little children selling stuff to people in order to survive.
They stay by roadsides from early morning to late night just to earn some money. Children don’t deserve this. Children are meant to learn and play. They are supposed to enjoy their childhood. But unfortunately, poverty does not allow this.
Every large movement begins with tiny steps. So to help the children in need in this country, JMD Helping Hand took a step. They are helping street kids by buying their goods and then giving them to other poor kids and people. Once we came across a little girl of around 8 years old. She was trying to sell balls in the middle of night. She told us that no one was buying it even when she tried to sell it all day.
We brought all three balls and gave her 6 times the price of the original balls. This is of course nothing too huge but it is something. Ocean is filled by droplets and drops of water. The aim of JMD Helping Hand in taking this step is to encourage people to do the same. If everyone just buys even one thing from them, they will have enough to support their living and probably studies as well. The revolution won’t occur if only one person is taking the stand. Revolutions happen when everyone altogether takes a stand and believes in something good. JMD Helping Hand wants the future of this world to be enlightened by children of this generation.
